The Art of Serving

The most memorable dining experiences are built on atmosphere.
Light, materials and textures shape the table just as much as the food itself. In these environments, tableware should never compete with the dish — it should quietly support it.

For Those Who Notice

Apartu creates tableware designed to elevate the dining experience. Soft tones, tactile materials and sculptural forms frame the dish and bring a sense of calm and quiet luxury to the table.
Designed in Belgium by award-winning designer Pieter Roex and carefully crafted in Portugal, the collection allows chefs, hotels and restaurants to build a consistent and recognisable table language.

Tableware That Speaks Through Touch

Chamotte stoneware forms the foundation of the collection. The pieces are RAM-pressed in precision molds and finished by hand, where the surface is carefully scraped to reveal the natural texture of the chamotte clay, preserving sculptural forms that are both robust and refined.
Mouth-blown glassware completes the tabletop experience, creating subtle light reflections and a soft tactile surface.
Not seasonal. Not reactive. Designed to age beautifully through use.
